Welcome to PASSTRIKE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PASSTRIKE website, mobile application, and fitness coaching services (collectively, the "Services").
PASSTRIKE is a fitness coaching brand operated by F&S Active AB, a Swedish limited company registered in Sweden (Org.nr: 559484-3442).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
By creating an account, joining our waitlist, or using any part of our Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific features.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Basic workout programs and limited features are available free of charge.
Premium features require paid subscriptions:
Early waitlist members receive 30% off premium plans for life, provided they maintain active subscriptions. Discount is forfeited if subscription is canceled.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Early member discounted rates are locked in and not subject to increases.
To request a refund, contact support@passtrike.com.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
You agree to use PASSTRIKE only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, messages, progress data). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide Services.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services (including workout programs, nutritional guidance, text, graphics, logos, software) are owned by PASSTRIKE or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial use.

IMPORTANT: PASSTRIKE provides fitness coaching and nutritional guidance, NOT medical advice.
Physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, disability, or death. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Our personal trainers have proper education and experience in fitness and nutrition but are not licensed medical professionals, physical therapists, or registered dietitians. They provide fitness coaching, not medical treatment.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PASSTRIKE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PASSTRIKE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND TRAINERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PASSTRIKE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for personal injury or certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PASSTRIKE, its affiliates, officers, employees, and trainers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Their terms and privacy policies apply to payment transactions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of Services shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in these courts.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government actions).
These Terms are provided in English. Translations may be provided for convenience, but the English version governs in case of conflict.
